Access to your own data
Online :- Once you log into your account, use the top menu and click my profile. Once the my account page has loaded, all GDPR we have collected about you can be loaded and clearly seen. You can also delete your accout should you wish to.
Our bussiness systems We will also hold the same data on our in house computer systems, on a secure database. You can request at any time to see this data, or have it deleted.
All our systems whether online or in the shop can only be accessed by members of Cambridge Lambretta staff.

To provide you with services, in shop, by mail order or other means, we may need to share specific date with the following companies
To process payment :- We use Worldpay, National Westminister Bank, and Paypal
To provide postage services :- Royal Mail, Parcel Force, and DHL.
The above mentioned companies will only be given the bare essectianl information needed to perform their service. They do not have automatic full access to our systems.
Other then the above mentioned reasons / companies, and ocassionally other companies We will not publish, give, sell or rent your information to anyone, ever. However, we reserve the right to disclose user information in special cases when we have reason to believe that disclosing this information is necessary to identify, contact or bring legal action against someone who may be causing injury to or interference with (either intentionally or unintentionally) Our rights or property, other users, or anyone else who could be harmed by such activities. We also reserve the right to disclose user information when we believe in good faith that the law requires it.
